What Is Yard Safe?

A safe and natural solution for all your outdoor insect problems --  including natural outdoor mosquito, flea and tick control.

Contact killer

Yard Safe kills many non-beneficial insects on contact, within as little as 45 seconds or less

pheromes

Cedar oil is a natural essential oil that provides a pheromone interruption agent that impairs the insects mental capacity (fries their brain).  read ref here

FAQ: How Long Will An Application Last?

It depends on the level of infestation. For light problems, you may go up to 2 months between spraying.

  1. You need to soak the whole yard really, really well the first time.  You should easily be able to get 3000-5000 sf coverage from the 1 qt spray bottle.
  2. Spray the yard again, These repeat spraying will create a cedar barrier in the soil that would repel any unwanted insects from the area.
  3. After you have sprayed 3 times you can continue spraying every 4 weeks. This should keep most insects and snakes from setting up home in your yard-especially in the soil. If you see any, simply apply again.
  4. TIP:  Cedar loves water.  If you can spray after watering or after a rain, the cedar will create an even better barrier to insects.
