Delivery and Shipping Limitations:
We are a small nursery. As such, we do not ship bare root, potted plants or b&b trees – no exceptions. All plant sales are for local delivery only within the State of Florida, especially in the Alachua County area, and beyond as much as 200 miles out. If you are uncertain if you are within our delivery reach, contact us here.
- We charge a flat $35 delivery fee per delivery to most areas.
- Most large orders can be delivered within 7 to 10 days, subject to availability, with few exceptions. For smaller orders, we reach most areas of Florida every 2-6 wks, depending on locale.
- Deliveries will be delayed during extreme weather events or excessive heat or cold.
- We ship bulbs within the State of Florida only.
We use Priority Mail for bulbs, which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive from the time it leaves our nursery.
All nursery products listed on the site are seasonal and subject to availability.
If you are uncertain as to availability, contact us here before placing your order. Please be assured that if any items are not available, we will promptly contact you with details and the option for a refund.

We don't like blah blah, so this is our Really Simple Guarantee:
We promise to deliver a healthy, quality specimen of the right product, just as you purchased, the first time around in a timely manner, or we will replace it. In the event of an error on our part, refunds or credits may be offered at our sole discretion.
Next, because we understand that organic product may not survive the laws of nature, through no fault of yours or ours, we offer a one-time replacement policy for trees planted within their recommended zones -- provided you have kept them watered and done appropriate soil amendments to assist their transplant shock. If your tree dies within the first 3 months, send us a good photo and proof of purchase via email and we'll replace the tree during the next ideal Fall / Winter / Spring planting season for that item. No hassles, no refunds.
Caveats: This replacement policy is for trees only. It does not include annuals, herbs, bulbs, shrubs or woody perennials like butterfly plants. Delivery charges are excluded. Proof of purchase could be your PayPal invoice (PayPal keeps a record of these for you), or your check, or our custom invoice if you paid in cash.
